Boergoats home automation will refund or exchange any products purchased from us if you’re not satisfied or you just changed your mind. Send it back within 30 days of purchase in original condition, including all attachments and accessories. We will gladly refund because we are that sure you will be a happy returning customer.
N.B – Boergoats will not be liable for the cost in returning any goods from any area in South Africa . It is up to the purchaser to ensure goods are returned as quickly as possible for a refund or exchange .
Should you not be happy with your purchase or faulty device kindly send an email to info@Boergoats.co.za with the HEADING – RETURN and the order ID number followed by why you want to return the device in the body of the email and we will get back to you within 48hrs .
